The $1 you see in your credit card statement is not a charge but rather a pre-authorisation to make sure the card is valid and it will automatically return to your account. You do not need to do anything.
These funds never actually leave your account (and never reach ours)
Since CellOPark charges your account once a month, we have to make sure that the card you enter is a valid card. In order to do that we do was is commonly called as a 'pre-authorization'. A pre-authorization means that you may see a "freeze" on $1 but this is released immediately and then returned to your account. Some financial institutions (such as certain Credit Card Companies) however take a few days for this $1 to become available again in your available funds but this never reaches our account and is never actually deducted from your credit card.
